Can chronic anal fissure which is there since last 11 months which heals sometime and recur because of hard stool be healed without surgery Please help I don't want to have surgery While taking laxative its perfectly fine and once i pass hard stool it recur It anterior fissure said by doctor

Chronic fissures can’t heal without surgery As there is thick skin tag and fibrosis at base of fissures which need to be excised to allow healthy tissues for healing

U need to do lifestyle modifications to prevent it from recurring. Basically do everything tat prevents hard stools

have lots of vegetables plenty of liquids orally avoid sitting fr long hours daily walking
