Ask the pathology Lab to do ZN stain on the biopsy sample. I hope that your symptoms are not from TB in the intestine. The other explanation like Crohn’s disease is possible but either way you need to make sure that TB is excluded (and or treated). All the best. J G S R

You may not have a true fever if your thermometer shows 98.3°F (normal). Your symptoms—body aches, mild right abdominal pain, and a small lymph node (7.5 mm)—could be due to infection, inflammation, or other causes. Advice: Monitor for actual fever, night sweats, or increasing lymph node size. Get blood tests (CBC, liver/kidney function) and ultrasound if abdominal pain persists. See a doctor to rule out infections or other causes. Do not self-medicate with antibiotics without evaluation.

Needs more detailed history and examination, your HPE report shows ileitis basically means inflammation of the terminal ileum , along with WBC counts also on the higher side. As per as the lymph node is concern , neck nodes below 1cm is not considered to be significant

THAN THE ALLOWED TEA BISCUIT  N LIQUID  DAL CHAWAL. ON FOURTH  TO FIFTH DAY I GOT HUGE PURGETION 3 TO 4 TIMES.  SLOWLY  PAIN BURNING ALL SUBSIDE.  ITS RECURRENT FOR TWO TIMES MORE THAN I CHANGE MY  LIFE STYLE  N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY  FOR TWO MONTHS  N MORE. NOW SINCE  THREE YEARS MY ILIUM  IS ALL RIGH NO A Y ILITIS PART. SO KINDLY CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST OTHERWISE NO THERAPY GIVES U PROPER RESULT. U HAVE  A ENLARGE  LYMPHNODE  U CAN GO FOR FNAC ( NIDLE  BIOPSY) WITH  HISTOPATHOLOGY EXAMINATION  SO THE DIAGNOSIS  IS IS CONFIRMED,  SO TREATMENT  IS EASY. IN BLOOD  REPORT  WBC COUNT  IS MUCH HIGH.
