Chowky feeling, Headache, Neckpain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Feel like there's a lump in the throat slight difficulty in breathing, Have it from past 3 to 4 months consulted an ENT and an orthopedic but their medicines didn't do the magic from past couple of days feel very tired and week now I don't know which doctor to consult? As the symptoms are ongoing still. If u can guide me would be great.
