Hi doctor, Last two days I'm feeling very low and no have energy, so today I had a blood test, reports shown other values are normal. But in cholesterol, it shows following values, Total chlsl - 230.0 mg/dl HDL - 41.0 mg/dl LDL - 160.0 mg/dl T G L - 145.0 mg/dl V L D L - 29.0 Total H D L ratio : 5.0 Please let me know why I'm feeling tired last two days and if anything related to this?

Hello, your tiredness is not related to your cholesterol directly. You might be facing tiredness due to rising outside temperature. Keep yourself well hydrated. As far your lipids are concerned, they are high but considering your age, you do not need pharmacotherapy. Just start moderate to vigorous exercise daily for 30-40 min and keep your BMI below 25
