Can I take milk at night..bt problem I that my cholesterol level manly triglycerides is 241..and also am suffering from gastric and acidity problem...so can I take milk or not at night ? Is cow milk is good or buffalo milk???

Cow milk is good and you take milk at evening. And one thing is that milk is not responsible for triglycerides. Triglycerides are temporary fat and it is produced by liver due to taking more carbohydrates so take less carbohydrate and do more physically work.
