Cholelithiasis with chronic cholecystysi
Three months before ultrasound done for other reasons and found contracted gallbladder with multiple calculi largest one was 15.6mm.Itrahepatic billiary duct not dilated.gallbladder thickness measures upto 2.6mm.CBD measures 4.2 at porta and is not dilated. Pancreas normal in echotexture and morphology.Uersocol 300 is taken thrice a day. After 3 months. USG report is gallbladder totally contracted and poorly vizualised.multiple calculi seen with largest one is 8.6mm.glallblader thickness measures upto 2.1mm.itrahepatic billiary radicals not dilated.CBD measures 3.1 mm at porta and is not dilated.pancreas is normal in echotexture and morphology. Occassional discomfort after meal, constipation and gas. Pl suggest ,is it surgical case or should wait?is it symptomatic? At present no problem.
