Since last 15 days I'm suffering from severe stomach pain & abdominal pain so I visited doctor they told it's cholectits & they gave the medicine but that didn't work out properly & in last week I did  again the ultrasound  after a week at that time they told there is a stone found in the gall bladder and by that time there is pain lasting even for hours & even for few minutes & presently there is abdominal pain, both legs & hand are paining , ittiching all over body & hair loss felling vomiting & feels my stomach is full & mainly my size of stomach is getting bigger

Since the ultrasound is showing stones in gall bladder with changes of cholecystitis, it is better that you undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy as early as possible. This will avoid further complications. Also the surgery is much more simpler in early stages as later there are a lot of adhesions and either there is conversion to open surgery or possibility of injury.

[ ] Location of the pain decides the diagnosis. If pain is below chest then can be due to gastritis, if pain is at the area of umbilicus/ belly button then can be due small bowel infection. Right upper can be due to cholecystitis while left side due to colitis. Pain along loins can be due to Renal Stone. You can take pain killer like Buscogast plus SOS.
