Serum total cholesterol level : 241 mg%
Serum triglycerides : 222 mg%
Hdl:44 mg%
Ldl:153 mg%
Do I need to worry about his cholesterol levels and what precautions and tests should he take.

They are moderately high...need further details to guide if medication needed for this. If no associated diabetes...no high bp...then medication not needed.. Kindly consult online directly with details to guide you through better.
