My child is vomitting ,with high fever, meningitis and speticamia..the doctor did R.D.t text and it proven negative plamodium parasite i dont know what to do know

Hi. Child needs hospitalization in i.c.u. I .v antibiotics & other supportive treatment is to be given. Even malarial infection can cause such symptoms. If negative it may be bacterial or viral. Tests have to be done & treatment given accordingly
