I had Chinese I am 12 weeks pregnant it ok to have it occasionally or it's a big no to Chinese as I had it yesterday and once more in last week is it ok or should I do something or go under any medication because of the same

Not to worry for now . Avoid Chinese food from outside as they add Additives (MSG)which are not safe , and oily spicy food causes gastritis .
