  4. Chill with fever. Fever but no cough!

Chill with fever
My son is 4.5 years of age and having 14.5kg weight. Last week 6 days he had fever with cough. For cough Kofarest LS 3.5ml given 2times a day Dolopar MDS 3.5ml for 6 hours Azithromycin oral suspension 200mg 5ml given per day for 5days. This week he went to school but now he is complaining chill with fever but no cough
