Asked for Female, 3 Years

My daughter is 3 yrs old she reports of uneasiness in vaginal area on observation i found it red.She has recurrent fever tendency from mild to moderate.Her urine routine microscopic examinations reported presence of pus cells 4-5 with acidic tendency of urine.Kindly guide us.
