YOUR CHILD IS having painless haematuria. Frank blood..  consult urologist. Sourse of blood has to be determined.we have to rule out any bleeding diathesis or TB or invisible stone  Do micturating uretho graphy.  Collect urine 3 test tube. Obsrve all sample of urine . Please consult urologists for further evaluation. Just withour any reason, there is NO blood in urine with multiple RBC. Pl keep me informed . I am interested to know outcome. Regards .
