  4. Child sick. Take them to the er for?

My children have both had a cough and congestion for a few days. My daughters cough has gotten worse and my son has started to run a slight fever and is now vomiting. My daughter is 6 months old and my son is two years old. Regular dr said nothing could be done but I want a second opinion. Is this something I should take them to the er for?
