Hello
I can understand your concerns
Homoeopath is medicines are the best for delayed milestones ie late learning to talk . There are many celebrities who have taken homeopathy for speech problems one eg is Hritik Roshan.. He took homeopathy for stammering Homoeopathy is the best for all children without any side effects
Talk to your child more and more... I am sure he will speak. 20 month is not too late, few children speak even after 36 months. So don't worry and spend time with your baby. God bless.
Make the child to hear what you speak..play with the child .Increase social interactions..child is maintaining eye contact while speaking??Nat mur medicine will help
If it only about speech then dont worry some child is delay because of lack of communication ..u must talk with ur child give him instructions..
If he is not behaving normal as others same agegroup child then u must take advice of pediatric..
Health Tips
Give him 1 tablespoons honey daily in morning with empty stomch.
give details with chat on this platform I will be give ayurved medicine to improve speech..
