He just 1 month old but since last 5hrs he did potty 7 times, his weight was only 2.75 kg at the time of born, however he has been born exactly after 8 months of pregnancy. Now he is taking mother feed as well as bottle

First of all avoid bottle feed to baby
Give breast feed
if inadequate
then wati spoon feed only
2nd upto 3months of age
Don't give importance to motion
If baby pass 20times per day that is also normal or pass once in 4-5 , days that's also normal till baby pass urine adequately

If baby have blood in motion or stool is white in colour then there may problem
Otherwise no issues
