Child not drinking milk
My 4 year old daughter not drinking milk at all..i have tried giving her with all the products like complan pediasure bornvita but still she is not taking . Please suggest any alternative of that.

No need to stress. If the child is eating a balanced diet, milk is not necessary. You can include other sources of calcium, like paneer, curd, beans, tofu etc. Milk is an essential part of diet is a myth.

Give other food substitutes, like I have explained. If your child seems underweight or has frequent body ache, we can investigate for hypocalcemia and vitamin d deficiency, in which case supplementation can be given. Hope this helps

it's ok, give her curd, butter milk, paneer . Do not force her. You can try milkshakes
