From someday my one month baby's one testicle is not appearing i think its got inside what to do now is it big problem...
My baby have normally two testicle but from last four days my kid having this issue.. Pls give any advice sir

If you are sure that there was 2 testicles and both were descended into bottom of scrotum at birth, then don't worry.
It is now a retracted testis.
But if you had only 1 descended testis at birth, you will need USG abdomen or even MRI abdomen to confirm position of the undescended testis & for follow-up
Next Steps
Since you mentioned that both testis were descended into scrotum at birth, reexamine after pouring lukewarm water on scrotum: retractile testis will descend down into scrotum then
