MY SON GOT HIT IN HIS HEAD BY A WOOD LOG FELL DOWN FROM HIM AND HIS LEFT FOREHEAD IS SWOLLEN NEAR THE EYE

Apply ice pack 5 mins each,repeat 4-6 hourly,give paracetamol drops 6 hourly for 48 hours. VERY IMPORTANT,keep in mind signs of brain trauma,which is a possibility in any head injury,which are-change in behavior and sleep pattern,persistent vomiting or seizures,all of which can occur up-to 72 hours after the trauma.
