Child fever and cough

Asked for Male, 35 Years

10 months old daughter is having fever since Fri night. Gave crocin drops 0.5ml after 4 hours. The temperature has reduced since then but slightly there. Dry cough has developed, started nebulizer since last night. Also having bit of running nose since morning. Went to potty yesterday and today.
