My nephew birth date 24/7/18 now 5month old. Cieser delivery at his age of 15 days he is suffering from siezure. From his 15 days he is on various epilepsy medicine.
After all normal reports like MRI, EEG he found left Parieto Temporal lobe in PET CT on 17/12/18.
Now he is on medicine with Sabril, levipil, Gardenal(phenobarbital), frisium, topomac, calcimoax, vitanova d3, still there is seizures 7times in a day.
Now doctor suggest ketogenic diet for baby.
He is too young but his weight, height and all activities are normal.
We are giving best medication in Wadia Hospital.
Please suggest something as your best.

Yeah requires ketogenic diet as he is having resistant epilepsy .plus as you are staying in Mumbai u can take once opinion of Dr vrajesh udani (one of the best paediatric neurologist ) in hinduja hospital

On so many antiepleptics medication still the sizures cont means def requires ketogenic diet and next step would be epeileptic surgery if he is a feasible candidate meet a Pediatrics Neuro team they would be guiding u in much better way
