Child donot take external milk

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My boy of age 1.5 year do not take any kind of milk . He only take mothers milk. How do i feed him external milk and i want to discontinue mother's milk

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. Mothers milk is best milk for baby. You may continue till 2 years of babies age. Still if u wish to do so, you may try neem oil application to breast and nipple. And also try feeding some solid food so that her appetite for milk is reduced. Hope this helps you. There is a specific lotion too. But this is not the forum to prescribe medication.
