Child Development Issue

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My four year boy is in nursery class. He never obeys his teachers instruction. Never listen to her instructions and doesn't pay attention in class. His teacher feels he is lost into his own world and sometime copies teacher's instruction. He has bit problem in his speech like he says tahan instead of Kahan.
