I am planning for my first pregnancy, when can I take chicken pox vaccine,measles and mumps vaccine, are these vaccines really needed before pregnancy?

Please check for rubella antibodies ( as you would have had MMR as a child) to assess your immunity if you need a repeat vaccination. If you have had chicken pox at any point of your life then immunity will be there. If you have not had chicken pox then advisable to be vaccinated and similarly if low immunity to rubella better to be vaccinated three months prior to planning a pregnancy.
