Chicken Pox
Hii, I am a HR Manager with a leading Mobile Handset Brand in Noida, India. In our repair factory every now and then people are getting infected from chicken pox, in last 8 months we have reported more then 15 chicken pox cases in our factory. pls help what can be done stop this.

You must have your factory get disinfected by health department this a serious matter and should be taken up by infection control department .the rest of the employees should take vaccine against chicken pox and those who have chicken pox should be given sick leave till infectious period is over.
