If it's single unlikely but if increasing in number then it's chickenpox. It's self limiting does not require treatment with antiviral. If vaccinated less likely to get severe infection Avoid itching to reduce the chances of secondary infection
Next Steps
if severe then visit pediatrician

Chicken pox is a self limited disease lasting approximately a week but the vesicles are contagious till they have crusted. So proper hygiene has to be maintained.Give syp Atarax 2.5 ml ,8 hrly for 5 days and apply lactocalamine or calosoft lotion on the lesions

Usually chicken pox is self limited and resolve within 7-10 days. Maintain hygiene and fluids in body. Avoid contact with pregnant women and kids less than 1 yrs. If rashes are less than 24 hours old, medicine is useful to reduce severity but for that you need proper consultation and prescription
