Having fever from past 25days only at night which will reach 101.5. Not able to take deep breath, dizziness from 2days. CBC reports normal, but ESR value is 40. Even after taking medication fever is not subsiding, no cough, no cold.

Hello. Your symptoms noted. Chest X-ray photo quality is not good. I can see some patch in the lower portion left lung. So it looks like an abnormal chest X-ray. Kindly consult a physician or pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and advise.
