Chest uncomfortable
Hi I am male 34 I have a history of smoking ... I don't drink regularly one or two peg in a year that's it. But I am a habitual smoker.my weight is 84 kg and height is 5.8. I reduced 7 kg ..in four months. My query is some time I feel pain in my chest area some time on right side some time on left side it's like a pin point chest pain for a sec and then goes off. O feel this very often.. secondly I had a pain in my left hands from few months some times in wrist area some time above elbow near to shoulder area. Recently i had a lipid test those are with in the limit my sugar and bp is also normal but hbaic 6.4. is it heart related issue.whixh i am facing. Some times I touch my heart bone middle part of bone I feel like pain is it normal or serious thing. Right now I was trying to sleep but suddenly feel like some one has putted warm rod inside my chest what is all these can some one clarify me... On this plz...
