Chest tightness
These past 2 days ive been having pressure like feeling in my chest and i cant really take deep breathes because of the tightness i feel , my stomach is also feels bloated and when trying to breathe in through my nose its really hard , im only 18 yo hispanic male with no medical history

It may be due to bronchitis and is usually aggravated by stomach ulcer. I need more history in it.
