  4. Chest tightness. Cause these issues?

Chest tightness
I have itchy throat and chest tightness from last 4 months. Have tried acidity medicines and all. I feel have anxiety issues which is now elevated bcz of covid situation. Does spondylitis cause these issues?? Also when sometimes continuously when i try to take deep breaths i feels its not coming properly.. Please help.
