Chest tightness due covid
Sir I m suffering from side effects of covid since agust 20. From that time my chest becomes tight due to cold air and weather changes. My all report of blood is ok axcept esr and ige 58 and 217 respectively. My pft report also ok even ct scan. I want get  lungs rehabilitation to make it strong. Pse suggests me

Yes u should go covid post rehab program and for further u can consult cardiovascular physiotherapist as well for better result Breathing exercises is to be done Do yoga for inhaling and exhaling exercise

Hi sir, you will need to undergo post covid rehab....if u have a physio nearby u, plz contact him. I have seen a lot of covid cases with similar complaints.
