Hello to Dr. I had x-ray's of my chest today and the the following was on the examination; Cardiomegaly with hiler congestion and resdistribution of blood flow to upper lobes representing consgestive cardiac failure I would like to know what that all means please Thanks M Beukesthe prognosis
