Hello Doctor! From yestrday I could feel lot of gas ...actually as a daily precaution I had a steam inhalation at home.yestrday .after that I could feel lot of suffacation...lik near chest something is tightly handling breathe was fine but suffocation was a bit after having eno I had lots of burping and it was ok.. relieved.,.I chewed some jeera slowly...slowly iburped...by night it was ok...but in the morning again I could feel some gas near throat ...after having water it was ok...no other symptoms...am so much worried as the present situations. Are not good ...as it is suffocation and breathe related...is it acidity gastric or some lungs related? Am so worried about that...please sugest remedies Thank you
