I'm a 16 year old boy and I probably have gynecomastia, as I'm experiencing puffy nipples and as well as I feel some sort of tiny gland in my areola, is this pubertal gynecomastia or is it serious, could you help me out here

The cause of puffy nipple may be due to underneath fat, as pseudo-gynecomstia is much more common than true one. For more help pls consult online for better evaluation.
