You both are going through the grief reaction phase, where a response of individuals to a major loss in life. Symptoms of anxiety and depression are common. However see your physician to rule out any possibility of infection. Incase there no evidence of suffering in physica/ organic parameters, then see a clinical psychologist for help. Hi, I understand it can be tough to lose both parents. The loss of your father to covid must have come as a shock to you and your brother. You are worried about your brother, you can consult a doctor and explain about his condition.
From what you have described it looks like your brother could be feeling anxious. He can consult a psychologist and Counseling sessions will help him.
It will be good if your brother can consult a doctor first and then opt for Counseling sessions.
You need to visit a physician and clinical psychologist. If he had covid then these problems are very much normal. If he had not covid then he is having stress and anxiety. In both condition physician and clinical psychologist will be more helpful.
Next Steps
visit a clinical psychologist and physician

Hello,
It must be very difficult for you to deal with your parents death. Its been less than a month that you lost your father so you all are stressed and grieving process is on,in this situation symptoms can come and go but because of covid you need to get him checked with a physician just to clear it otherwise all other parameters are within normal range as you mentioned. He can try some breathing and relaxation exercises in the mean time.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist for detailed evaluation
