Chest pressure and horse voice
Mother age is 48 years. Weight 65 kgs. She is having hyper tention 120/78 (With Telma 20 mg medicine per day), Having Diabetes (Fbps 109, Ppbs 199, Hb1ac-6.9) using Gyliphage 500 mg. From last ten days she is having upper back pain and chest pressure feels like struck with smaller walk distance. And some times with rest also. From two days her feet is swelling a bit and voice becoming horse. We consulted cardiologist taken ecg and chest xray. Iam attaching reports. They told little mild infection and no abnormality in ecg. Since my mother having back pain they suggested angiogram. I need suggestions that whether my mother having heart or lung issue. Please suggest they prescribed follwing medicines: Korandil 5mg, lasiloctine 50 mg, nitroconitin 2.6 mg, morvast ac, gabapin me 100, ventidox bro, montewok lc, rabicer dsr, revolizer
