Chest pains that hurts when I move are b

I have had a baby in 2016 that was living in my stomach bt when I had her she passed I had to do most of the work pushing and at the time I had some pain n my chest but it went away an every so often I have the same pain come n go now the pain its like my chest is tryn lock up every move I make it'll start to hurt even when I breathe are drink something at times I can't sleep on my right side feel like every time I turn on my right side it locks up an cant even turn on that side
