  3. Chest pains. Might be wrong with me.

I've been having chest pain for the past 3 weeks and this pain only occurs when I turn my body while sitting or standing.Two weeks ago there was a sound of click on my chest when I turn but now that sound is no longer there, I only feel the pain.I'm 27 years old and this is starting to scare me, please advise what might be wrong with me.
