Chest Pains, CT Angiogram and CAG
I have had almost every possible tests. TMT in March 2020 - Normal Stress Echocardiography in Oct 2021 - Normal CT Angio in Jan 2022 - Normal TMT again in September 2022 - Negative CAG in January 2023 - Normal with mid myocardial bridge Numerous Echos with normal EF of 60% But I keep on suffering from classic left chest pains which mimics angina type symptoms and rapid heartbeats. For that I usually take metoprolol. The episodes start from rapid heartbeat and then pain starts radiating on left chest sometimes on left shoulder. I'm so distressed. What else I should. Is this myocardial bridge causing symptoms for last 2-3 years which is landing me to ER almost every month ? Or is it non cardiac. My CT angio and CAG reports are attached. Why my CT angio didn't show myocardial bridging ?

If you have symptoms despite all tests normal then you should get operated for myocardial bridge. We usually do not advice a surgery but despite a normal coronary due to myocardial bridge the coronary gets narrowed during contractions of myocardium. You might need a surgery
