Chest pain when I talk louder
Good morning sir / madam, whenever I shout louder or angry my chest is hurting , it like a poking feeling exactly near heart , since feb I had chest pain for the first time i had done ecg, echo,chest x ray , cbc, troponin all came normal but this chest pain still comes and goes , comes for seconds and subsides what could be the cause am also having depression and extreme fear whenever i get this pain my palms and feet sweat along with mild dizziness and twitching in my jaw area please reply thank you so much
