Chest pain / tightness/ feeling weak

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I did a TMT as part of regular checkup. Having frequent chest pain /chest tightness episodes for almost past 5 years. Did lot of echo/blood/ECG till 4 month before and finally did CT angio 3years back. Everything founds normal, but I will have frequent missing beats/chest discomfort while walking at times/ feeling weak similar episodes almost daily. Contacted psychiatrist as well, but issue prevails. Found my sugar level is 200 before fasting while checking in morning and 145 in evening. H1AB1C is 7.3 Attaching recent TMT. Not having any clue
