Chest pain/ tightening with fast/slow he

Last 5 days ive been getting tightening in my chest my heart will go from fast to slow than feeling like its going to jumo out of my chest sometimes. Today i had chest tightening with a fast heart beat suddenly i got very light headed im 18 years old and im also 10 weeks pregnant
