Sir i am suffering from pain in left side chest and also difficult breathing before 2 days and also in between 2 days i have taken medicine like Megalis tab 20 mg for sexual desire whatever i dont know this one is effect of medicine or any other reason so plse suggested medicine about left side chest pain.

Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray to look for any infection and ECG . consult a pulmonologist for the same
