Chest pain post TB treatment

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi am 29yrs old. Suffered with pulmonary TB got complete one year treatment last year. And now after 6 months am getting chest pain on and off. And not able to sleep n nights because of discomfort. I have got done my x-ray it is also clear. Can you pls TEL me what is the reason of this pain
