Actually you need a opinion of cardiologist for ecg. Ecg rules out electrical disturbances and for mechanical disturbances you need 2d echo study n further evaluation.

Chestpain need to be discussed to rule out anginal cause.....if not then need to ruleout airway diseases....if not then need to rule out reflux disease........if all excluded may be psychogenic considering the age......meet MD physician
