Report is suggestive of some lung infection involving right lung lower zones. Infection can be pulmonary TB or some other pneumonia.
Next Steps
consult a pulmonologist. To initiate treatment and investigation. Sputum for AFB smear and CBNAAT Rule out Type2 DM

Looks like Pulmonary Infection- Cavitating pneumonia likely-Needs to rule out infection-TB/Bacterial infection. If she gets sputum to send sputum for testing
