Chest pain might be pneumonia

I have a viral exanthem and I have a very bad cough and wanted to know if it could be pneumonia since it's a respritory infection & I had pneumonia about a year ago

Hello..well to know if it's pnemonia or not I want to examine you or have to get x ray done to tell...it would have been better if you would have elaborated your symptoms and te duration..then I could have suggested you further what to do...meet a physician...thank you
