  4. Chest pain. Don't know what it can mean?

I've been having chest pain for the past week or so, with extreme breathlessness and dizziness. I got my reports today which show that my Lymphocyte count is too high, and my Gamma GT is lower than normal. I also got a ECG but I don't know what it can mean
