I m having chest pain from past 2-3 weeks, i had been to doctor they said its due to acidity. i have it whenever i wake up and continue like aftet half n hour. i having bad cough from past 2 weeks. whenever i cough it pains and i release deep breaths it again pain. i m also a smoker around 4 ciggirates in a day, is it due to that? or else what could be the resn
