  3. Chest pain. Sometime please advice me!

I have pain in left chest. Shoulder back and all left hand side pain even finger. Also I have cold in foot. There's pain in my joint left side sometimes it pull muscles. I also feel burning in fingers sometimes. I also had fear sometime please advice me
